If the paternity test says on the expectation of the mother, she could not see your child if you pay me x amount of money. Is it legal, because it is basically a form of blackmail? Is there anyway back to see the child, legally until the test results? This is in Ohio.

Because you are not the legal father as the Court says that you are, it returns no legal means to achieve an "alleged" child until DNA tests, and the court considers that the dad. There is always the possibility that the child is not her, as her ex could go wrong ... what is to come.
